There is of course no exact answer given you still need to qualify for PR so first complete 2 years study then get a PGWP for 3 years. Once you have a PGWP get a job classified as NOC 0,A or B do that for 1 year minimum preferably a bit longer then apply.
So expect the whole exercise to maybe take upto 3.5 to 4 years including study, PGWP for Canadian work experience then waiting for approval.But thats just my guess and could be shorter just depends on circumstances. Some provinces also from time to time have programs specifically geared towards students but you will need to research those
