Pregnancy does not disqualify you from applying for EE. It will just delay the process due to the xray that has to be taken for medical. The xray will be taken after delivery or you can wear an apron and take it during pregnancy if you deem fit.

Sorry I should have been more clear..what I mean is.. If I failed to get PR through EE, and I am pregnant with my partners baby (who is canadian) what would happen?

Was your PR app rejected for EE? If so, for what reason? (Misrepresentation, incomplete app, etc.)

I have not got as far to be rejected/approved yet as I am waiting for education credentials to be assessed. But I am panicking what if I don't get my PR, and the reason I wouldn't would be if my credentials aren't recognized.

You are pregnant. Please don't panic yet. Wait until you get your ECA before you can come to conclusions.

Have you been living together for at least one year? If yes, you are common-law partners (CLP) which for immigration purposes is the same thing as a spouse, and he could sponsor you under the Family Class (if he meets the requirements).

In fact, he could start that application now, it doesn't matter that you already have another application processing in the Economic class.
