You can sponsor eligible family members as soon as you get your PR. You have to meet the income requirements though.

1. You can sponsor dependents (not siblings, unless they are included with your parents as dependents) once you are "landed" and you and spouse meet the Low Income Cut Off figure for sponsorship.
2. You will get PR when you "land" in Canada with your visa. You don't get a passport until you apply for citizenship, once you have resided in Canada for 3 years, then you are eligible to apply .

There are ways to sponsor your siblings if you are living in certain provinces. Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba all have family stream under their provincial nominee programs. They may require you to be a PR for 1 or 2 years before you can sponsor and living in that province for 1 or 2 years as well and having a certain amount of money as well as they may require your sibling to have certain skills or education and amount of money as well.

would u explain who will be my dependents,, i have no kid yet.
if i spouncer my parents.. will they eligble to spouncer their kindz.. i.e my siblings???

Only if the children are under 22 or have been full-time students without interruption since before 22.

Before you sponsor someone you also have to show you have been working in Canada for 12 months and meet the minimum income requirement.

Except for spousal sponsorships, which have neither work nor income requirements.

for parental sponsorship your spouse can co-sign to help you meet the LICO, so I don't think you need to work 12 months to prove your income.

You don't need to work 12 months to prove your income. If you have already met the income requirements in a shorter time, you can use your payslips to prove your income.
