Just wondering what the turn around time might be for my 20year old daughter PR might be.I got sponsorship approval on may 7,2014.I had already sent her info in 2 1/2years ago when I became aPR but wen made sure to give a whole application again.Just before I sent it in I got my divorce and full costdoy.She is back and forth between me and my parents house.Which is only 3hrs over the border.

You would've had to file an entire application for family sponsorship as she was only listed as an accompanying minor on your PR application. I would suspect that her application will now take roughly 10-12 months if it was filed with Ottawa. Her application as a dependent for you won't be treated any differently then yours was when it was done 2 1/2 years ago.
