PR while showing intent to move out of Quebec

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working in Montreal in a construction NOC B job with 1 year of experience. I’m exploring options for getting PR while showing intent to move out of Quebec, since I don’t know French and I want to continue my current job without relocating immediately. It’s also hard to find a similar job outside Quebec, and if I leave my job and move out first, then apply for PR, I feel it might be quite late. My CRS score currently shows around 530.

I wanted to ask for your opinion or advice:
Is it possible to get PR under federal programs while expressing intent to leave Quebec?

• What steps or programs might work for someone in my situation?
• Any tips for increasing chances without leaving my job or moving right away?
• Which documents should I start preparing now to strengthen my PR application?

I’d really appreciate any guidance or experiences you can share. Also, if anyone has gone through the same situation or knows someone who has, that would be really helpful.

Move during processing and start looking for a job outside Quebec asap. If it’s hard to find a similar job outside Quebec there will be concerns that you won’t settle outside of Quebec.
