After two years of waiting, a hearing was held and the asylum application was approved.
So how long does it take to apply for a PR after obtaining an asylum application?

And another question：
If the asylum application is rejected, how long it will take to open the court after the appeal.

Currently 15 months to revive PR. Was up to close to 3 years at a contain point so no guarantees. There isn’t a court appeal but an appeal could take another year maybe longer. Given the huge numbers you can never count on a certain waiting period. You have to wait and see.
