I applied for the spouse visa from outside Canada (australia) and it was received in October. This morning I received an email from immi asking for a single form - declaration of common law union.
Does this suggest my application could be approved in the next couple of months? Or does it not really indicate anthing in regards to further processing times? I am hoping for my approval before August.
