PR - VISA - queries

1. if we cant travel before the date given in COPR(due to personal reasons), what other options available ? They have given very short time

2. if we do re-medicals, will they allowed to travel after the date given in COPR ? do we need to send passports again ?

3. for above queries which office do we need to contact either CIO or local visa office ?

some one please advise or provide URL's if you have any ?
