PR visa granted.Spouse denied. HElp

After interview I got my visa and my spouse visa was denied on ground of ' Not a genuine marriage'.
How can now i apply for my spouse? Can we arrange reception after more than year old marriage,to prove our marriage?

if the reason was given as such, then u will need to prove that the marriage is geniune and show either evidence of marriage certficate or similar, or either that, u can apply to sponsor her later after u get the landing papers done in Canada. If u plan to do it after 1 years lapse, then u will need to re-submit the papers and sponsor her.

Write a letter to the immigration minister showing him this grave mistake on part of visa office. He will order for reopening of your file, whereby you can produce witnesses of marriage to prove authencity.

Filing appeal would be expensive and time consuming.

well, if they are wrong you have to prove it. i know cases ( not in particular canadian immigration ) where they showed wedding photos. try to get in touch with your CHC and tell them you have proof. show them photos, video cd etc. etc

Man,if you mean what you say,then count that as pure luck. Many a times when there is hitch your application process,the whole damn thing goes awry.Depending on the visa expiry date,if it's so soon,you may have to land first,then assemble your spouse documentation,hoping this time the docs will authentify that you're legally partnered..Good luck!!

Sorry to hear so... You'll just have to somehow convince them that your marriage is legit.
Did you and your spouse apply together? If so, how were they able to issue you a PR and not your wife?
Usually, once an applicant is denied, so are all of the others whom applied under the same case. Can you please be more specific about your situation?

Yes, it indeed sounds strange. If they think the marriage is false, they'd reject the case on the basis of fraudulation.

Find it very hard to believe that one applicant gets PR and the other doesn't. If they don't believe your marriage is real then as far as they are concerned your marriage documents submitted is fraud. That is grounds for denying both of you not just one person.

Actually i have a feeling this guy is playing games here.!! Is he serious that he got the PR visa while his "spouse" got a rejection? It's highly unlikely that one partner gets issued while the other is denied.One reason may be that of background checks regarding spouse details details is incomplete.Thus the whole case moves to a halt/rejection.Something is missing here!!

In this Thread his Visa got Rejected . I too was going for an INT and asked him to share the exp... this guy never replied... I even send him a personal message ....to write his INT experience ... No Response from him.... He is not even following the Thread properly... He is certainly a Fake candidate.... i Dont Beleive him...at all
