i got my pr on april 2013 and since then i have been out of canada so when should i go to stay there before the end of my pr ???

You must spend 2 of every 5 years residing in Canada.

Or in other words, you can spend an absolute maximum of 3 years less a day outside Canada, before you become in violation of the residency obligation.

So if you got PR and left Canada on April 1, 2013, then you would have to return to Canada by March 31, 2016 to meet RO.
