Hello we are immigrants from India,
our port of entry is valid till June ,just wanted a clarification if its possible to just visit Canada for the port of entry process get your PR and return back to India and search for a job ?
2> In this case for how long will the PR be valid ?
3> Can we get a Canadian Sim card from India?

This has been answered so many times on the forum. You can complete your landing and leave same day if flights allow, although not recommended apart from the fatigue there is no way to predict how long a landing might take so stay at least 24 hours.

Once you leave you must return within 3 years given you must stay in Canada for minimum 730 days in the first 5 years after which 730 days in the 5 years preceeding each new entry,

You will need a Canadian address for your PR card which you will need someone to courier to you in India. You need a card or PRTD to be able to board a plane when you want to return to Canada at some future date.

PR status never expires and can only be renounced or revoked, the latter for example if you fail the residency obligation 2 years out of 5 .

Cannot answer on SIM card. On jobs be aware it is almost impossible to secure a job from outside Canada even if you are a PR.

Somehow for most of job offers, they want to see you for an interview (like in person and within few days). Few exceptions can be done for the top level jobs, where they understand, that a potential candidate might have to relocate.

So if you want to work here, you have to come here. What you can do is, that first 1 person from the family will come and secure something before the rest will follow.
