I am Canada PR holder, was living in canada since 2017 till Dec 2021. I came to tour india but lost my PR card while touring Jaipur.
Looks like VFS office doesnt accept PRTD application but only Biometrics.
1. what is the procedure to apply for PRTD for my scenario?
2. To which email ID do i have to send the duly filled IMM5524 and other document checklist? is the email ID IRCC.COVIDPRTD-TVRPCOVID@cic.gc.ca OR DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca OR do i have to apply through canada.ca?
3. What is the best way to have speed process to get PRTD as soon as possible.
