After receiving ECOPR my PR tracker tool has been updated and its 2 weeks later. Nothing new shows on the tracker ever since i got ECOPR. However the update has happened twice, is this a ghost update for PR card or not?

For us, the tracker took a couple weeks to update that the application was approved and include our eCOPR info, so for PR card updates I relied on GCKey. We got eCOPR on June 14, PR card was approved mailed in GCKey on July 6 and we received the card in the mail on July 14th.
Hopefully another couple weeks and you'll have the card in your hand!
