PR tracker not updating for more than a month

My PR tracker has not updated in 5 weeks. Previously it was updating once a week with some ghost updates too. Has this been happening with anyone else?

I got my AOR on January 17. Biometrics/medicals passed in March. Added newborn in April, their medics was also passed on May 2. Background check says in progress in tracker but gckey says “we will send a message when we start your background check”. Has been stuck on this since March.

On May 5 I got ADR for PCC which I submitted on June 4. However the last update on my tracker was on May 12.

It’s now the 6th month of my application and it seems everything has gotten silent. Does this mean nobody has opened my application in the last 5 weeks? The additional document I sent on June 4 were marked as in review on GCkey on June 6 but absolutely no update on tracker.

Except for absolute state changes (in-progress to completed) nothing in PR tracker indicates any progress on your application or someone working on your application. There are some updates around ADR, but those aren't indicative of real progress either.

Also, worth writing here that the date on the top right isn't correlated with the application of client at all.

File GCMS notes or CBSA notes to know better.
