I became PR on 4 June 2004, spent two weeks in Canada and didn't come back since then.I expected file closed.
I applied again under express entry and got invited to apply, done with my medical test and submitted the application for PR.
I received a letter from IRCC that their record indicate I became PR on 4 June 2004, and clarification is required.
do I need to write a letter to explain reasons I couldn't keep my old PR ?
OR
I need to renounce old PR status? is it going to affect my current application?
