I landed in canada on 14 April 2016 and i got married on 12 April 2016. We did the court marriage but i did not declare my marriage at immigration office and after my landing paper still shows my ststus as single. I filed my spouce file for sponsorship but thr file was rejected stating that at the time of landing my staus was single.
Now how can I sponsor my spouce?
Will it be a problem in my citizenship
Or my PR renewal?
Or sny orher way which we can work out ?

Unfortunately you can not sponsor your spouse because you didn't declare that you were married before landing. Is your wife able to qualify to immigrate on her own?

Moreover I want to know that Will there be a ptoblem in my citize

You can never sponsor your spouse. As the other person explained above, your wife would need to qualify to immigrate on her own through a program like Express Entry.

Yes - you can apply to renew your PR and apply for citizenship.

Thanks for your reply
But I have already applied for spouce visa an

Yes - and your sponsorship application was refused.

If you try applying again, it will be refused again. You can never sponsor your spouse.

In order to sponsor your spouse you would have had to resubmit your application saying to you had gotten married before you landed. The other option was to land in Canada and then return to your home country and get married and the sponsor your spouse once you have returned to Canada again. Unfortunately because you landed without notifying that you had gotten married will prevent you from ever being able to sponsor your spouse.

That i can understand. I just want to know that if there will a problem in my citizenship or PR ren

There's always some chance CIC could decide to revoke your PR since you misrepresented your marital status on landing. Most likely they won't do anything. But there's always a chance they will. So technically yes - there may be a problem.

On a personal level you are looking for a very long separation from your spouse if they can't qualify for immigration on their own because you will have to meet residency obligations to become a citizen.

As mentioned you committed misrepresentation in your own PR app, so as a result you can now NEVER sponsor your husband to Canada.
There are only 2 solutions to have him immigrate to Canada:
1. Have him qualify completely on his own for some economic immigration stream (i.e. express entry, PNP, etc).
2. Renounce your own PR status, leave Canada, and try to apply for PR again only this time including youru husband in your application

If you do neither of these things, then you basically face the rest of your life (or at least 2 of every 5 years) living in Canada without your husband.

That i understood that I can not sponsor my husband. But the main issue is about my citizenship. When can I apply for that? Will it be a problem for that.
After my citizenship can I stay back home with my husband.
I just got married 2 days before I landed can't it be a genuine reason for my situation.

You can apply for citizenship on the same timeline as anyone else - as things stand, with 4 years in Canada, this fall that may be reduced to 3 years.
Yes, because you committed misrepresentation, it could cause a problem for that.
If you are awarded citizenship, and not deported, then you would be able to live outside Canada.
Yes, getting married before you landed and then lying about it when they asked about your marital status is the genuine reason for the situation you've created.

Might take another year to actually get the citizenship once you apply on top of that where you can only leave for very brief visits.

Will also cause problems because if you go back to tour home country and have children your children won't be Canadian. You would either have to return to Canada to give birth and stay long enough to qualify and to keep your medical coverage which could be 9 months in some provinces. Or you will need to move to Canada and sponsor your children once they are born.

If she goes back to another country after receiving citizenship (which as you rightly say, takes time even after becoming eligible to apply) then her children would be Canadian citizens by descent. But if they then had their own children 20 years later, as the law currently stands, they would need to give birth in Canada to pass the citizenship down to the next generation.

Thats the point but first if all I am really worried about my citizendhip. Coz I have already spent 17 months here. 18 months mire to apply for citizenship.
But because I did a mistake will there be a problem for my citizendhip. What are the chances of that.
And what should I do?
What if I wdited for
