I'm an Indian applying for Canadian pr. I'm awaiting divorce as the courts here have a six months cooling off period due to which divorce cannot be finalized before that time. Can I get pr if I'm still awaiting divorce. (I'm the sole applicant). Do I need to provide any documents to prove that divorce is in proceeding? Please help?
