I got a job offer from Canadian employer and would like to apply for Permanent residency ( Federal Skilled Worker Program/IT, NOC 2172). My understanding is that my potential Canadian employer (small business) will need to get a positive LMIA. Are there any other requirements to be met by employer with regards to turnover/revenue, years in business or number of employees?
I have read somewhere revenue must be $1 million and company must be established at least for 3 years but didn't find similar requirement on official sites. Could you please confirm this information is correct?
