PR signatures and where to write N/A

Hello all,

I feel like I am missing something with my application:

Can someone confirm how many signature places I have to sign - I feel like I have missed one but cannot find it - I am going crazy.

When completing the forms online some boxes are greyed out depending on if you have chosen yes or no - do I still have to write N/A here when I print?

Are you the sponsor or applicant?

The boxes which are grey after filling in on a computer do not need to be N/A'd.

You need to sign

IMM 1344 Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking
IMM 0008 Generic Application Form for Canada
IMM 5669 Schedule A / Background Declaration
IMM 5490 Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire
IMM 5406 Additional Family Information

Also if you have additional sheet(s) for a certain form/question I recommend signing those as well.

Applicant need to sign the following form:

IMM 1344 Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking
IMM 0008 Generic Application Form for Canada
IMM 5669 Schedule A / Background Declaration
IMM 5490 Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire
IMM 5406 Additional Family Information

In additional paper i only write applicant name,number of form and number of the question i was answering.It worked this way!
