Are there any experts in the room? My sibling got her COPR stamped as she landed in Canada on July 3rd. I got an ITA on July 4 with a score of 466. She wasn't on my profile initially, as she hadn't landed. She spent a total of 10 days and went back home due to an emergency. However, she has opened a bank account and gotten her SIN. Should I, at this point, add her to my application? pls help.. Thank you
