Hi please i need some clarification to situation ,If i have only 2yrs out of the first 5 yrs and after i renew my pr card does it means i only need one year left to apply for citizenship or its the 3yrs from the last 5yrs to date of applying to citizenship that counts, which is like i will be needing more than one yr again after my pr renewal

To qualify for citizenship, you need three years from the last five years from the date you apply for citizenship. When your PR card expires is irrelevant.
