Good Day.

I wrote an email to you guys before, but I cannot access that email anymore. Please respond as soon as possible. I am desperate.
I got married 5 years ago in Canada and got my PR in October 2010. One year+one month later me my Canadian son and husband came to Mexico. One month later we separated. Now, I have a 3 months old daughter with another man and would like to come back to Canada with her.
What can I do? Is he eligible to enter and how?

From what you say, your daughter has no rights to Canadian citizenship, so to return to Canada with her is not automatic.
You will have to return to Canada on your own and sponsor her "outland" for permanent residence. You can try and get a TRV for her to return with you while it is being processed. If her father is married to you or the relationship meets the strict CIC definition of common-law, you can also sponsor him. As a PR, you MUST stay inside Canada during the whole of the PR application process.

zardoz is right.

You can apply for a TRV/TRP in order to take your daughter with you to Canada. You have to sponsor her for PR. You can sponsor her father only if you are married to him or in a common law partnership (that means living together as a couple for at least a year).

You have to stay in Canada during the processing time.

You shouldn't wait too long to do this because if you left Canada in Nov. 2011, you are already outside for 2 years. The maximum you can be outside Canada as a PR is 3 years in any 5 so you need to get back to Canada in the next year.

Thank you very much for your answers. I will apply for a TRV for my daughter and in Canada I will sponsor her. I am a single mom, so I will only sponsor my daughter.

If your TRV is refused, you can apply for a TRP. You may need the permission of the father to travel with the child or prove that you have full custody and that there are no restrictions for you to take the child out of the country.
