PR returning after 3 years

Dear All,

I would like some suggestions . I am an canadian PR holder who was out of canada for the last 3 years after initial landing.
Now i would like to go back to canada for permanent settlement. I have US multiple entry visa

1. Is it better to enter toronto by Air . In which case what kind of qns asked by immigration.
2. Is it better to enter through US.
3. which is better roadway or by air with out much hassles

1. No one knows 100% what you will be asked but expect queries about your length of absence and where you are travelling from.
2. Inspections are/ should be standard irrespective of departure country but some have more of a customs interest.
3. Land border crossing are reporteldy more 'relaxed' but again it depends on who you find on the day.
