PR Requirement and Timing

Hello there:

I am a permanent resident and have completed only 3 months of this requirement. My time expires in 2015. My question is: Will the 3 months that I have lived in Canada be considered - as part of the 2 year requirement? I have an Internship Letter and Bank Account details. When I go back again will the immigration officer raise any doubts or questions regarding my residency?

Yes, the 3 months will be considered, at least if you can prove when you left.

However, if your 5 year PR landing anniversary is in 2015 and it is 2013 now and you have only stayed 3 months, it seems to me that you should think about moving right now if you want to be able to meet the residency requirements in 2015.
