I want to renew my PR soon. I was absent from Canada for 1078 days. i stayed in different countries and visiting Canada time to time. will I be asked for police clearance from each country I have stayed.

No, you dont need a police clearance certificate for PR Card renewal. Just ensure you meet the Residency obligation before you apply.
I had the same question, just wondering if we still need police clear if we stayed in one country for more than 6 months? Anyone had any experience?

There is no requirement for police certificate for PR card renewal.
