Hi after divorcing my wife of 8 years. I became homeless for a period of time. where live housing is in High Demand and rents sky high so getting a new home can take time, I am glad to say i rehoused but what I want to know is can this time I was Homeless affect my pr renewal

The only things that really affect bonafide Permanent Residents are being convicted for certain crimes or not meeting residency obligations (spending 730 days in Canada out of the last 5 years).
Being unemployed, homeless, ill, on social assistance.. none of this matters.
Taking social assistance might matter for your sponsor if you were sponsored, but it doesn't affect your status. You will still be a PR.
