PR RENEWAL-- living outside of Canada with Canadian spouse

Hi everyone!
My husband got his pr in 2013 and we moved over seas a month later... And have been living together, and just Visiting Canada 1-2 times a year for a few months... In 2018 his pr expires so I'm just worried about the renewal part!? What documents do I need to prove that we have been together! Is it ok that we have been living outside of Canada ( I'm a Canadian cit btw) ?? Is there a chance he will be denied it ?? I'm so worried anyone with experience please advice!!

A PR staying with Canadian spouse outside Canada will not lose PR status provided you have all the proofs of living together. Risks of refusals as you mentioned can be clarified by the experienced members. To minimize your risk to ZERO your spouse should physically remain in Canada for 730 days in every 5 years. I lost my PR because my physical stay was less than 730 days and I was away from my citizen wife because of my family and business obligations.
