PR Renewal Application naming convention

I am applying for PR Renewal application. I am not sure about the naming convention to use for uploading documents in case of missing last name.
Could someone help me with this. I do not have last name to record.

If you don’t have a surname, I’d recommend following the name exactly as it appears on your current PR card and passport, rather than adding a surname yourself. For uploaded documents, use clear filenames that describe the document. If the online form requires a surname and you have none, check IRCC’s instructions or contact them before submitting, as the correct approach depends on how your name is recorded in your documents.
