PR Refusal

Hi Just a quick question
I've got refusal for my PR through express entry. CIC send me an email for not getting medical docs, so I confirmed with doctor and they send me docs and I forwarded those medical documents again to cic through cic account. They might called me(it was NO Caller ID number). Now after 15 days they send me an email that they didn't received any email regarding this, so they are refusing my file.

Can you guys give me any advise, what should I do now?

Thanks a lot, I will send them an email and would include same docs. But I didn't send them an email. I send the doc through my CIC account. So I would take a screen shot of that and will send them that. Thanks!
