PR processing time

Hi Guys,
Greetings!
I have applied for Spousal Sponsorship PR for myself on 4th May 2018 and i have completed my Medical Examinations by June 25th. And my Application was forwarded to the Canadian VAC, New Delhi on 24th July 2018. After this no further message received till now, still my application status is in progress, with Background Check being in processing status. How long will it take to complete the BG check and send for Passport Request? Kindly someone let me know, when will i get further instructions for Passport submission and probably after how long would i get my PR visa...

Nobody here can really do anything but guess given the published processing time is still 12 months although many applications are processed less than that say in 8 months or so if not complicated. But as said all anyone can do is speculate so you just have to be patient.
