i know that it says on cic website that processing times would be about 25 months, but is there any chance that it could take shorter than that? also is that the maximum waiting time?

There is no maximum processing time.

I think she mean inland because inland is 25 months right now. I also wonder if there is any cases that process faster than indicated processing time with common law status?
