PR process crossed 1 year. What to do??

Hi all,
I submitted my PR application in early March 2018 and its been 1 year now. My medicals expired and the status is you do not require medicals. I emailed ircc last month and they just sent a generic reply stating file is under process. From my 2 gcms notes I understand that I am not under security screening. My experience is probably under review as I am self employed.
I really don't know what to do at this point.

Recommend that you join the discussions in the Express Entry section of the forum in that case. It's not that unusual to see processing take over a year.
