My last question on all this, thanks for those that have helped with info and answers
So my wife and I are in Canada and our son in in Thailand
We got Portal 1 email, asking for my wife and my info by email and then a separate message asking my son to submit his passport in Bangkok
We submitted his passport on Nov 24th and it's just been sitting at IRCC Singapore since.
And we are still waiting on Portal 2 email, apparently there is a delay in Montreal between Portal 1 and Portal 2.
So would they be holding on to my son's passport until our portal 2 is all cleared and we get the eCOPR?
