Hi,

We have just submitted the application for Parent and Grandparents Sponsorship Program after being invited a few days ago.
But now I realized that the portal should have been created using the principal applicant’s email address, but not the sponsor’s.
So should the principal applicant create one and resubmitted his application?
Or we should wait for the case office to contact us and let us submit again? In which case I don’t know if it will pass the deadline of August 2 for file submission.
My concern also includes, if resubmission is made before being contacted by CO, will they feel confused when reading two submissionS?
