I am an IT professional holding valid Work Permit intra company transfer WP-ICT for 2 years and planing to take my spouse with me on dependent visa.

I have some tedious questions for you all that are listed as below:-
1. Will I get points in express entry for WP-ICT?
2. Will my spouse be able to work in Canada?
3. Can I get my spouse dependent visa converted into study visa once we are in Canada?
4. Is there any PNP PROGRAM that I can enroll for?

1. Only after you have worked in Canada for a full year.
2. Your spouse can apply for either a TRV or OWP. There is no guarantee of approval but your spouse is certainly eligible to apply.
