Guys,
Question? Let say I am a PNP nomine in Alberta. I landed there and tying to find job. After six month still no job.. And I decided to moved to other province. And I got my job and stayed there 5 yrs.. Now, Im applying for citizenship Does this affect my qualification? because I wasn't live in Alberta ?

in short, once you're a PNP nomination you cannot live or work to other provinces? is this affect my future citizenship application ?

Thanks,

There are certain rules about PNP's like your intent has to be to settle in your PNP province when you apply and when you land. Immigration has actually refused people their landing or sent them to their PNP office to clear things, who were PNP nominees and were trying to land in a different province and either admitted to, or immigration had suspicions, that they were not planning on living in their PNP province.

That said, after you land as a PR, there are no rules stating how long you must live in your PNP province. Some people have been told by immigration officers that they have to stay for 2 years, for 3 years, until they get citizenship or even forever but there are really no such rules.

The charter of rights and freedoms allows a PR to live and work in any province.

I would however say that you should stay in your PNP province at least long enough to make it obvious that you did not have intentions to settle in a different province at the time you landed because if something like that came out, they could possibly get you on misrepresentation if they really wanted to. Looking for a job for 6 months would be plenty. However, I have not even heard of one case of a PR being revoked or citizenship denied based on somebody not having lived in their PNP province even if they left much sooner.
