I got CoPR in Aug 2017. At that time, I had submitted my photo (50x70 mm), clicked on Jun 2017 for the CoPR form which was processed just fine. These images were original without any hi-fi photoshop work done on them.
As the photo at the time of landing has to be 6 months or less old and as I am travelling to Canada for my landing formalities next month, it is fairly certain that my photo clicked last year Jun will not be acceptable. So being cautious, I got a new set of (50x70 mm) photos clicked.
But these photos were slightly cleaned by the photographer before printing.
When I asked him, his reply was that he has been doing to all the photos for immigration purposes and there hasn't been any problem till date. Moreover, if there is any birth mark or any visible scar on the face, then it is not advisable to remove it otherwise it is ok to clean the photo a bit before printing.
Just curious if is is Ok to travel with such photographs? Has anyone faced any problem in the PR card processing for having cleaned photograph?
