PR pathways for outland applicants

Hello everyone,

My sister in Pakistan wants to apply for Permanent Residence in Canada.
I have been living in Canada for past 5 years and came here as a student and now en-route to PR. My sister has a masters' degree in Computer sciences from Pakistan and more than three years of professional experience. Can you please suggest that what ways she can apply for PR? I am not too much informed about Canadian immigration pathways for outland applicants.

She is preparing for IELTS and hoping a good IELTS band.

Please suggest pathways and how she can maximize her chances of being admitted in Canada?
