PR options for Foreign worker with IT experience

Hello..

A person aged 37 years & graduate is having 10-12 experience in HCL in India & then 3 years of work experience in US on H1 visa. Now he is in Canada on Foreign work permit & working with HCL company & exploring PR options for himself.
Can you player advise me the different options to look for under Express entry or different provinces ?

You need to look at both EE and provincial programs. No choice.
You get all information online and refer the other core threads which have valuable informaion(from the below links). I dont think anyone can help as the programs at provinces change all the time and its hardly open for outsiders as options for international worker is limited. So you need to hunt for yourself.

Start monitoring the threads to know the activity and get to know recent programs and qualifications to make yourself ready to submit applicaiton once the program opens up.

Mainly, note that if you are not getting enough points (above the last few rounds of cutoff) at EE then you need to rely on provincial programs. So the difficulty of getting PR is based on what you score in EE.
