Hi All,

I did a soft landing on March 9th, 2020, and have stayed in Canada for 4 days i.e. 9th,10th,11, and 12th March 2020. I am planning to enter Canada from the US permanently on the 17th which will make me miss my 2 years obligation by a few days ( 5-6 ) . can you please tell me if there will be any issues?

Also which will be a better option crossing the land border or flying?

You most likely won't have any issues at the border. Once you return, you'll ideally want to remain in Canada without leaving for 2 years to meet the residency obligation.

There's no preferred option for crossing.
