hi everyone im michelle, i have a little problem that i wanted to solve. I sponsor my minor son from philippines. Now he got his COPR and pr visa. He will enter canada in Dec by himself to land to canada and i cant pick him up as my working schedule keeps me busy. He is only 13 years old and im aware that he cant land at the port of entry without me as his parent because i have to sign his Copr. My question, is he allowed to enter canada with his PR VISA and land at cic saskatoon office where i lived? Cuz i m planning to book an appointment for him with cic-saskatoon. I hope i can here a good answer from here so i can have peace of mind. Thank you and have a good day
