Hi,
I have a study permit (and an off-campus work permit) and I applied for a PR in June 2010.
I didn't have arranged employment back then (well, I had an offer but without all the
required paperwork), so it was accepted by CIO in the category
"Legal residence in Canada as a Temporary Foreign Worker or Legal residence in Canada
as an International Student for at least 1 year immediately preceding the date of application.".
This application is being processed in Buffalo and it doesn't look like anything
changed during the past few months.
Now the company received a positive LMO.
Is it possible to somehow "add" it to the existing application,
to increase the number of points and possibly improve my chances of getting a PR?
Thanks!
