Through EE or a OINP path. There are 9 OINP paths so you need to research which ones you are eligible for and if your NOC is selected.

Do you already have experience working in Canada? How old are you? Do you have a job offer with LMIA? The cut-offs for CRS scores are very high for now and Ontario tends to be a very competitive province to get PR.
