LANDED..........
Already in Canada since August, 2011
Hi,

I landed in canada last month on work permit. I have full time employment offer for skill A.

If I apply for PR, will my file goes to my home country INDIA or it will be processed in Canada only.

Thanks

for PR first you need to complete a time period of 1 year working in canada then you will be able to file your request. Both application FSW or Canadian Experience class are filed to canada as you need to send them to address mentioned in website, if outside and same would be the process if inside. the only thing that matter is that you will have to mention your immigration office which is different for every individual country. So you just need to confirm you immigration office and case your file.

* i am not an expert, always take opions and decide accordingly*

Thank you.

In website, if we have full time offer then we can apply. any idea.

thanks

Yes you can apply with a HRSDC confirmation of a permanent job offer this takes a while
Also you can have your employee to get you nominated on the pnp programs

Thank you.

first, I got full time offer under NOC A (Programmer Analyst), So i think HRSDC is not required for it and offered me full time employment

Could you please tell me about pnp programs.

Thanks

In order to qulify for permanent residence before 1 year you need to have your employer get a confirmation of permanent job offer it takes quite a long tme to get it

The pnp is the provincial nominee program it varies from province to province and again first your employer qualify and get regitered then they will nominate you once you are nominated you submit the docs they requested and its one of the fastest ways to become a pr

Not all the provinces have this i know that alberta and sasketchan has it but no idea if the rest do

Thanks lot for your time.

Have a nice day. Keep smiling.

Thanks
