Hi.If a person has US H1 visa & has worked in US for 4 years then are there any extra points which could benefit him in obtaining PR in Canada??

Why should one get extra points?

The 4 years will qualify as Foreign work experience, but there is no special points for US work experience. US work experience may be helpful in obtaining a job later on after your become a PR.
