Hello Friends,

Let me share a success story of one of my friend. He gave his IELTS exam on Jan 14, 2013 and filed his application in 3rd week of Feb 2013. Application was processed with jet speed and medicals requested at the end of May, medicals completed, passport requested, stamped and successfully landed this weekend. Noc 2174, closed work permit, single applicant, working here for last 3 yrs.

I will tell him to buy 649 lottery tickets this weekend for ME.

Suggestion : Spend $3 more and buy Lotto Max instead of 649 and you can have $6 Million more this weekend...

That gives me no comfort at all, but I am glad for your friend!

Not a day passes by without me regretting going into software engineering, and the fact that the government clearly acknowledges the gap in the software market hits me even harder. Oh well, life goes on. Hope all of us get our PRs soon!

Yep NOC 2174 getting priority, see my thread noc 2174.

This thread proves it for sure!!!, the darn noc code is on the 'In demand List'

This WILL NOT be the case for other NOC's, I have no doubt!

That's the date they modified the page, not when they updated the NOC description. See any other NOC, page has the same date.
