PR - I almost feel scammed

Can you please tell me - is everything resolved with Quebec govt. for your PR application?

Did you convince them and make them understand not to cancel your PR? If yes, can you please tell me how..?

I believe the OP moved before his PErmanent residency was granted. Am I correct here? That's where the issue is because the cCSQ is entirely for Quebec residency. After granting PErmanent residency and moving, that's a different case and I believe many do the same.

Also, I wonder in what way was the OP "over-qualified". Sorry, I don't want to sound rude but I'm just wondering because if someone can find a job in Ontario then same can happen in Montreal too. From what I know Montreal has many business and is "international" in feel.
