PR how to get Personal immigration entry/exit record from 50 countries ????

Asking for a friend who just got an email
requesting:

• Personal immigration entry/exit record or movement certificate issued by your country of citizenship and the countries where you have travelled or resided.

She is a big-time traveller so has travelled to at least 50 countries in the past 5 years :O including Cambodia etc. If anyone had to submit that how did you get it for each country?
will stamps work as they also requested copies of all passport pages?
