PR holder moving to Quebec.

Hi everyone.

As PRs ( since June 2024, soft landing in Ontario), my wife and I would like to move to Quebec to look for better job opportunities.
My questions is: Would moving to Quebec affect our PR renewal or/and my citizenship application? Knowing that I got my PR through express entry.
I mean, I remember expressing my intention to reside outside of Quebec during the express entry application. it isn't kind of "unethical" to move to Quebec?

Have you lived in Ontario at any point since June 2024?

We stayed in Ontario for 2 months, received our PR cards and then wend back to my home country from some commitments.

Technically you should be fine and currently the government hasn’t gone after people if they didn’t attempt to settle in the province that granted them PNP or in/outside Quebec. Nobody can guarantee there won’t be any impact in the future. Wanting to settle in Quebec makes things more complicated. You also won’t have CSQ which could make getting things like RAMQ difficult.
