Okay I have made some mistakes. Just trying to understand what could go wrong at most.
I got PR in March 22. Till now, I have been in India for about 2 years and three months, and spent 1 years 3 months in Canada,
Two stretches of 1 year and 1 year 3 months. All while being employed for a Major Canadian Company, but its remote so they don't know I am in India.
I have been employed all time long I have T4s.
I intend to return back now and stay in Canada only. What questions could they ask at the airport? What should I answer?
During my PR renewal, could this be an issue?
What documents would government consider for PR residency requirement in this case?
Would T4s be okay? Or they need some information from company that the employee was working abroad?
Will they connect with company? (I actually didn't tell company about this since I was abroad).
More Info : Also I have not filed tax of this and last year return, and I have always maintained a lease in Canada, since the day of PR.
